Guidelines on How to Use the System (bmcc.co.tz)

📝 How to Register an Account

Admins with accounts like bmcc/director/xxxxx or bmcc/superuser/xxxxx can create new user accounts. Admin should log in, go to the Users Page, and create the account. Permissions must be assigned accordingly.

For project users, the Admin should select the Engineer Department. After registration, the Admin must assign the user to a project and set specific roles, such as Project Accountant, Project Mitambo, Project Cashier, or Project Storekeeper.

For office users (non-project), like an Office Accountant, they should be registered simply as Accountant, not as Project Accountant.

Users must provide a valid email and phone number. Once registered, login credentials (username & password) will be emailed automatically.
